○ When are activities considered as completed and count towards the activity progress?
Introduction
If you have the Results widget enabled in a template, a percentage of the activity progress will be shown in the learning journey.
This percentage indicates what percentage of the currently available activities in the learning journey have been completed by the learner.
When an activity is marked as completed and counts towards the progress differs per activity type and also depends on the settings of the activity.
It can also be useful to know when an activity is considered 'completed' when you make use of the condition 'after activity/block X is completed' on activities and/or blocks.

Below you can read more about when the different activity types are marked as completed and when they will count towards the activity progress.

The activity is already considered completed after the questions have been answered; the answers don't have to be asssessed yet by the learner or instructor.

Complete the activity after the first attempt (regardless the score)
If this setting is enabled in the Assessment, the activity is considered complete after all questions have been answered and submitted (and if the essay questions have been assessed), regardless the result.
Complete the activity after the score meets the threshold or when the maximum number of attempts has been reached
If you have set that the activity will be completed after the score meets the threshold or when the maximum number of attempts has been reached, the activity will be marked as completed when the learner has a score that meets the threshold or is higher than the threshold or when the learner reached the maximum number of attempts.
