This article contains information about the Content Converter. This is an external tool that can convert aNewSpring content to Word and vice versa. More information about the Content Converter can be found on this page.

In this article we offer possible use scenarios, costs, and an overview of what can and cannot be converted.

Scenarios

  • You want to offer learning journeys in multiple languages. Using the converter, you can translate your content easily in Word and then convert it into an import file.
  • You use the same type of question. In Word, you can copy and paste the correct layout for these questions and adjust their content.
  • Your customers use similar learning journeys but with subtle differences. In Word, you can easily use the 'find and replace' option to adjust content and for example replace customer names.
  • Using a shared Word document, you can easily collaborate with colleagues on content creation. Once you're done, you just convert the document into an import file.
  • You want to have your content reviewed before using it. You could then just send the Word document to your reviewer, which is easier to read and review than content in aNewSpring. Once the reviewer made their changes, you use the converter to create an import file.
  • You want to create a readable backup of your content.

Costs

You only pay for content that you will convert from Word to aNewSpring format.

There is no charge for converting existing aNewSpring content to Word.

For each content part or question you convert from Word to aNewSpring, 1 credit will be deducted from your credit balance. How much 1 credit costs, depends on the amount of credits you purchased.

Purchased credits will be valid for two years.
