E-mails sent by the platform are by default sent from noreply@anewspring.nl. We can change this e-mail address to a custom e-mail address provided by you. E-mails sent from the platform will then be sent from this custom e-mail address.

A custom e-mail address can only be enabled for the entire learning environment. If you make use of subenivronments, it is not possible to set up a custom e-mail address per subenvironment. 


1) Submit a request to set up a custom e-mail address

Our Support Heroes can set up the custom e-mail address for you. To do this, send an e-mail to support@anewspring.com and let us know which e-mail address you want to set up as the sender of the e-mails from the platform.

It is important that this request is sent by a tenant of the learning environment.


2) Verification of the e-mail address

After Support received the request to set up a custom e-mail address, the domain of the e-mail address should be validated.

We validate the domain via DKIM to be able to send e-mails from your domain. For this, DNS settings should be included in the domain. These DNS settings will be provided by the Support Hero.


3) The domain is verified

After the DNS settings have been added and the domain has been verified and the Support Hero has received a signal about this, the e-mail address will be set up for the learning environment. From then on, e-mails sent from the platform will be sent from the e-mail address you provided.
