Below you can find an example of what a documentation widget can look like to a learner. In this case a PDF file has been selected for display. You can use all possibilities you have with content parts in the documentation widget.

Where?

Choose the Templates tab in the main menu and then click Edit behind the template you want to change the documentation widget settings.

How?

In the documentation widget a content part can be displayed with e.g. text, image, video or the other possibilities that are available to content parts.

Click Select content part to select an existing content part. You can also click + content part to create a new one.

After you have created the content part, select the content part in the documentation widget.

Show documentation above blocks

If you click on Show documentation above blocks in the Documentation widget, the documentation widget will be shown above the first block in the course template.
