How do I add a new user?

You can add users one by one in aNewSpring. (You have also the possibility to import users)

Go to the tab Users and click on the button +User.

Add the account data of the new user. Fields with a star (*) are obligatory.

Finally click on Create.

An email address can only be used once for every account. With a new user you need to use an unique email address.

There are only some fields available when first starting your environment. Please ask the support team to turn on or off the following fields:

  • Gender
  • Title
  • External ID (for linking with other systems)
  • First name
  • Middel name
  • Last name
  • Initials
  • Email adres
  • Function
  • Company
  • Date of birth (day/month/year)
  • Telephone
  • Fax number
  • Cell phone
  • Address
  • Zip code
  • City
  • Country
  • Invoice address
  • Invoice zip code
  • Invoice city
  • Invoice country
  • Language

If you contact us about these fields, we would also like to know for whom the fields should be visible and if they should be adjustable by the users themselves. It is also possible to make fields obligatory.

The fields can be visible for:

  • The administrator
  • Only for the users
  • In the profile (and visible for other users and instructors

After this you can assign roles to the new user.
