You want to share information about moderations with a third party that doesn't have access to the learning platform.

What role do you need?

  • Administrator, Instructor or Observer

You can create an export of the progress of a course and statistics about moderations. What you will see in this report depends on the settings you can choose when creating the export file.

This export can be created in different ways, which will be explained below.


1) On the Course dashboard

On the Course dashboard page the instructor can export the course statistics. Go to the page and click View next to the course. Then go to the Dashboard tab and use the Export button.

The following pop up appears:

Select the desired settings and check the boxes of the statistics you would like to export. Under Additional statistics you can select which information should be shown in the report about the assessors and moderators. You can add the following information:

  • The name and date of the assessor
  • The name, result and date of the moderator
  • The export date and 'Exported by'

Then click Export and a .csv file will be downloaded. In this file you find the requested information and statistics of the course.


2) Per template

Administrators can export the statistics on template level. Go to thepage. Click More next to the template and click Export statistics.

Just like on the Instructor dashboard data and information can be selected here to add to the export file.


3) Per course

Administrators can also export the statistics per course on thepage. Click More and Export statistics next to the name of a course.
