○ Adding tags to events
Scenarios
- You have lot of templates and courses. With tags you can create a structure.
- Multiple designers are creating learning journeys. To know who is working on which template, their names can be linked to the template they are working on. Using the filter feature, you can show only the templates with your name.
Which roles do you need?
Administrator
And the right to create events and / or adding them to courses.
Go to the Events tab.
1) Add tags to events
You can only add tags if you have the management rights for a tag collection.
Click the button at the event that you want to add a tag to.
Or select multiple and click.
Next, click in the modal . Enter a name, pick a colour and choose the collection to which you want to add the tag. Finally, click .
The selected tags are also linked to the selected events. Add more tags or click.
2) Create a relevant overview with the filter feature
In the menu, click the button Filter byto see only events that have a specific tag.
The filter can be set so that the search results match all selected, one or none of the tags.
If the Filter by button has a blue border, this means that a filter is active and that some items might be hidden. This filter will be saved as long as you stay logged in to aNewSpring.

3) Removing tags
The overview shows the first 3 characters of each tag. By clickingat an event, you will see the full name in a tool-tip. Click the below the tags in this tool-tip to unlink the tag in a pop-up.
You can also do this in bulk by selecting multiple questions/content parts and clicking .
